Personal Statement

My philosophy in music education is to develop my students full potential in music. Therefore, as a band director I will guide and show how music is an integral part of the academic and non-academic core subjects such as math, social sciences, technology, and sports). My work with multinational and overseas students has further developed my philosophy of students wanting to learn, being inquisitive, learning self-discovery, and to have fun while learning.
