To meet our rapid expansion needs, we are seeking an articulate, sales-oriented professional to join our EF team who will be committed to the sales and development of our business.
Job Purposes / Objectives:
Educational sales and marketing
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Promote and recruit students in Thailand for the assigned educational programs
Institutional sales and marketing (schools, governmental educational units, etc.)
Actively involve in business development in pursuance of new clients and new initiatives of extended service with existing clients
Responsible for achieving the sales milestones and annual sales target under agreed expense budget
Establish public relationship and network within the industry
Qualification and Competency:
Education and/or Experience
Master degree
Experience in overseas education
2-3 years industry experience in a direct sales environment
Specific Qualification:
Sales and marketing skills
Experience in educational industry and/or international business
Network in education industry at school /institute level
High level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves some liaison with embassies, customers, schools and people from different parties in resolving issues
Effective communication, presentation, ability to drive and motivate people
Strong counseling skills – able to be a calming force with clients
